ron95 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services on ron95. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ron95 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use ron95's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ron95 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms signifies your acceptance of the latest updated version.
The ron95 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where such access is permitted under local law. ron95 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the ron95 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details needed for account verification. Submitting false information or impersonating another person is a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ron95 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the ron95 customer support team immediately.
Ron95 reserves the right to request verification documents such as a national ID before processing the first withdrawal or in any situation deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to create a stronger password. Never share your password with anyone, including customer support staff.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ron95 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using software, bots, or any automated tools to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation from ron95.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including falsifying transaction information or attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes in an unfair manner.
- Using a ron95 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Distributing harmful content, disrupting platform operations, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to ron95's internal systems.
Ron95 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension without refund of remaining balance.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ron95 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Ron95 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond ron95's control. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment providers.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ron95 account holder. ron95 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that does not meet identity verification requirements or raises fraud-related concerns.
Game Results & Winnings Payout
All game and bet results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical discrepancy or an obvious error in displayed odds or payouts, ron95 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the original stake amount to the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Ron95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond ron95's reasonable control, such as third-party disruptions or natural disasters.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ron95 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the property of ron95 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ron95 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required for legal compliance. Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user once the review process is complete.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The ron95 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. ron95 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. ron95 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of the ron95 platform.
